Personal data processing policy of Alpha IBC Limited

The present Policy applies to you, if your data are processed by an Alpha IBC Limited in Cyprus.

It may be your name, surname, personal ID number, online identifiers, information relating to agreements you have concluded with us, information on usage of any services provided by us, imaging data recorded by video surveillance equipment, etc. Generally, for the purpose of this Policy, the terms used in the GDPR and other regulatory acts shall apply.

We do not collect any personal information from a visitor to our sites unless that visitor explicitly and intentionally provides it. How long do we store the Personal data?

We store your personal data until we have fulfilled the purpose, for which the data has been collected, or for a period as provided by legislation. We process our customers data while they continue to use our services and store for a further 5 year period after customer ceased using them. We process Personal data which you have provided to us based on consent until you revoke it.
