All companies are by law required to have a registered office in Cyprus. This is the official address to which the Registrar of Companies and any governmental authority of Cyprus will send any correspondence. It can also be used by anyone wishing to send the company a legal document, such as a writ of summons.

It is not possible for a P.O. Box to service as the registered office of the company; it must be a physical place of residence. A company can use its business premises or correspondence address as its registered office, however Companies which use our services of secretary most times will use our address as their registered office in order to avoid missing official notifications.

In the event of the registered office address being changed, then the company is obliged to notify the Registrar of Companies of its new registered address.
